Deskercise Update

This week I tried to incorporate more stretching into my school routine and work routine. I stand up for most of the day while I am at work and sit for most of the day at school. I found that if I stretched my back and rolled my shoulders more at work I did not get as tight throughout the day. During school, I found that walking around between classes and moving and stretching a bit throughout classes allowed for me not to become as tight. I also think it is important to sit up straight during school so that my back does not start hurting.
