Deskercise: 6 yoga Exercises You Won't Be Embarrassed to do At Your Desk

Stretching is a very important habit we all need to incorporate into our everyday lives. It is especially important when you are sitting at a desk for hours on end. After reading the article I really liked the neck stretch, shoulder rolls, and open chest stretch. For me, I think the open chest stretch is most beneficial as my back often gets tight. I even enjoy doing that stretch after working out. I think if we forget to stretch it will cause a lot of issues for us when we get older. It prevents us from getting tight since some jobs do require you to sit all day.
